If an item is mislabeled, contact us within a week of receiving your order with your order number and photos. We’ll send a new one or issue a refund.


Claims: Submit claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of receipt. We will replace any defective items for you.

Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Return Address: Returns are sent to our Printful facility. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
